Reasons why you are always feeling tired

Every day, we need at least 7-8 hours of sleep. But even after getting the right amount of sleep, many people still feel tired. Healthline says that there are a number of reasons why you always feel tired. This article will talk about five reasons why you always feel tired:
Inadequate Exercise

One reason you might feel tired all day is that you don't get enough exercise. When you don't work out in the morning or do any regular activities, your body gets tired quickly. So, changing your lifestyle is important if you want to feel less tired.

You Are Dehydrated

The second reason you're always very tired is that you're not drinking enough water. Studies show that the human body is 60% water. So, it's important to drink water often to stay hydrated and keep moving. Also, drinking water keeps joints lubricated, keeps the body's temperature stable, and gives the body electrolytes.

Depression

You always feel tired because you are sad. Depression is one of the most common mental illnesses. Studies have shown that depression can change the way you sleep.

Too much alcohol right before bed

You drink too much alcohol, which is the fourth reason you are always tired. Alcohol can change a person's mood and the way they sleep. Many people think that drinking alcohol before bed will help them sleep better, but this is not true.

Having coffee right before bed

Last but not least, you shouldn't drink coffee right before bed. Caffeine in coffee helps people sleep at night. So, if you drink coffee before bed, it will make it hard for you to sleep and make you feel tired in the morning.
